Lift Log does not collect, transmit, store, or share any of your personal information. The app has no accounts, no servers, and no analytics or tracking of any kind.
The workout information you enter (exercises, weights, reps, dates, and any custom exercises you create) is stored only on your device. It never leaves your device and is never sent to us or to any third party.
None. We do not collect personal data, usage data, device identifiers, location, contacts, or diagnostics. There are no advertising or analytics SDKs in the app.
You can export your data to a JSON file and import it back yourself. Those files are created and stored wherever you choose (for example, your device's Files app). We never see them.
Because all data lives on your device, you are always in full control. Deleting your data is immediate: use “Clear all data” in the app, or simply delete the app to remove everything.
The app collects no information from anyone, including children.
